After doing a bunch of talk shows and even 'TRL' to promote her latest movie, 'The Holiday' (and fight back the rumors that have plagued her relationship with Justin Timberlake for so long), Cameron Diaz took her toosh and her mane of black hair to the UK for that very purpose. As the toned actress was posing on the red carpet in Britain, the photographers got to see her literally struggling to keep her outfit from coming apart. Probably not thinking about the joy she would have brought to so many people with the tiniest sight of a nipple, Cameron went the mature way and, when she saw that her dress would not stay put, applied her hands to it. I think that she is among the very few celebrities who actually still display some sense and dignity. While the likes of Britney, Paris and Lindsay (aren't you bored yet of reading about them) are not the ones to blush if something that should have stayed put comes out of their clothes (oh, I don't know, like a nipple, or the whole boob or even something more scary), Diaz proved that she is a far better person than that. After all, she doesn't need all that free publicity that flashing garners. If people don't like her, they can just opt for not going to see her movies. It's as easy as that and I imagine she has proven this time and time again (I'm referring to her paparazzi-phobia). In the end, the malfunction was duly prevented and the actress, looking more gorgeous than ever, finally got to sit through the photo shoot. Too bad her pretty smile had also gone away with the outfit-related problem (see last photo)...
