Calculate your personal exposure to potential cyber threats

EMC and RSA joined efforts to come up with a free online tool, Online Identity Risk Calculator, apparently designed to measure users’ personal exposure to online threats.

Users have to answer a batch of ten questions about their online activities, such as banking, email usage, gaming, shopping and mobile app usage. At the end, the personal online identity score is displayed. All information collected is private as users contribute to anonymous demographic data.

However, this initiative is bent on educating consumers about the online risks, as with each answer you give you also receive useful recent statistics about cyber-attacks.

The risk score is calculated on a scale from zero to 100, each question weighing ten points. Getting a great score is very easy, but the information gathered by the user is critical to increasing awareness about online threats.
