On April 23, OnePlus and CyanogenMod will unveil to the world the very first smartphone to have been designed from the ground up for the popular custom Android operating system, namely the OnePlus One, and a video teaser of the phone is now available online.

Dubbed “Unboxing the OnePlus One,” the video features Steve Kondik from CyanogenMod as he unwraps the highly expected handset.

However, although this is an unboxing video, you won’t get the chance to actually see the upcoming mobile phone but only catch a glimpse of what the retail package will look like, and what it will feature inside.

Apparently, Steve Kondik is indeed unboxing the OnePlus One for the very first time in this video and seems pretty impressed with what he finds inside.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the upcoming device has already been confirmed to hit shelves with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display, as well as with a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor packed inside.

Moreover, the smartphone is expected to feature 3GB of RAM, which should ensure that it can offer great performance capabilities to all users out there.

Another great feature of this device will be its OS, which is a special version of CyanogenMod 11, based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. More on the phone will be revealed as its official launch day nears, so stay tuned to learn additional info on it.
