It comes with handwriting support, works on LG G3 devices

Microsoft’s OneNote application for Android devices has just received a new update today, the first release in the beta testing program that was announced for it several weeks ago.

Those of you who are interested in trying out some new features in the application before they make it in the final release, thus becoming available for everyone, should consider grabbing the beta iteration of the app.

According to Android Police, the new OneNote Beta for Android comes to devices with a variety of appealing enhancements, such as the option to take handwritten notes, or to draw with a stylus or with your finger.

Moreover, the software update will provide users with the possibility to try a variety of formatting options on their Android tablets, including font types, font sizes, alignments, and tags.

At the same time, it will make it easier for everyone to move between notebooks, sections, and pages, all with a simple swipe.

On top of that, the updated application comes with a variety of fixes and performance improvements, while also adding support for the LG G3 smartphone.
