Director Oliver Stone was busted Friday night for drunken driving and drug possession on a police checkpoint in Beverly Hills. Stone, 58, was arrested on Sunset Boulevard after showing signs of alcohol intoxication, police Sgt. John Edmundson said.

At a close search the officer found drugs, but he didn't specify what kind. Stone, who lives in Santa Monica, Calif., was arrested and spent his night in jail and released Saturday morning after posting $15,000 bail.

This its not his first time. In 1999, he was also pulled over in Beverly Hills and hashish was found in his car. Stone pleaded guilty to drug possession and was ordered into a rehabilitation program.
