Owners of Windows Phone devices can now download and install a new popular application, namely Tapatalk, long expected to arrive on Microsoft’s mobile OS.

The application will provide users with the possibility to easily stay connected to favorite communities around the world, straight from the smartphones in the palm of their hands.

“Tapatalk is the only mobile app combing over 60,000+ internet communities with a streamlined mobile experience, allowing you to share and follow thoughts and opinions to all your communities within a single app,” the application’s description reads.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Tapatalk was designed to aggregate content from networks and communities of common interests to users.

The application will keep owners of Windows Phone devices connected to almost everything from automotive to parenting, and from gardening to horse-riding.

Furthermore, the mobile software will offer users the possibility to meet other passionate people who share the same interests, while also enabling them to participate in great discussions on topics that they appreciate.

“Download Tapatalk today to see a native community experience on Windows Phone. Special Thanks to Microsoft to donate devices and provide technical support in building this application,” the application’s description reads.

“Tapatalk acquired Foroplex and this app is a product of both the Tapatalk team and the original Foroplex developer Jagoba Los Arcos from Spain.”

At the moment, Tapatalk for Windows Phone is available for purchase with a price tag of $2.99 (€2.28) attached to it. The Tapatalk mobile application comes with support for both Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 7.5 devices and can be found on this page in the Windows Phone Store.

However, the team of developers behind it plans on adding a trial version to it, and to make the app free after one month, a recent article on WPCentral notes. Apparently, the team wants to receive some feedback on the app before making it generally available.
