14 DAY TRIAL // The official PayPal application for Android devices is now available for users in the UK. The company has just announced that “UK users can now pay with PayPal in their neighborhood.”
This service was only available in the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan, but starting today, Android users in the UK will be able to take advantage of the application as well.
The latest version of the application also allows them to add a tip at select merchants when they check-in while paying with PayPal.
Users can also email PayPal customer support from within the app. Last but not least, some UI bug fixes have been deployed as well.
PayPal for Android 4.4.0.0 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
