Microsoft has once again fallen victim to hackers, this time in Malaysia where its official domain got compromised through a DNS poisoning attack.

A Bangladeshi hacker called TiGER-M@TE has managed to break into the website and post a deface page telling users about the successful hack attack.

“Hello Malaysia, you think you are more advanced than us? Respect our workers, we will respect you! Running it since 2007 :),” TiGER-M@TE wrote on the website.

Microsoft.com.my is not the only high-profile website that got compromises lately, as the same hacker has also managed to break into Malaysian domains of Dell, Skype, MSN, and Bing.

We’ve contacted Microsoft for a word on this, so we’ll update the article when and if we get an answer. At this point, all websites are still down.

Update: Microsoft has confirmed the hack in a mailed statement. More info here.
