The folks at BitTorrent have just updated their Android torrent client, which is supposed to be more stable now. This is just a small update that doesn’t bring any new features, but it promises to improve user overall experience.

According to developers, the latest update improves stability across all Android versions, so users who have previously complained of sudden freezes or crashes should have a smoother experience with BitTorrent after updating.

Last but not least, it has been confirmed that some fixes for bugs found in the upgrade process have been included in the latest version of BitTorrent.

The official BitTorrent 1.19 app is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
