Verizon and Samsung have yet to roll out the hotly anticipated Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S III.
However, the South Korean company has been confirmed to work on this major upgrade, so it’s just a matter of time until the update goes live at the Big Red.
Until then, the folks over at XDA offer Verizon Galaxy S III owners the possibility to flash an official, but not final, version of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
Courtesy to XDA Forum senior member open1your1eyes0, those who own the Samsung Galaxy S III from Verizon can grab the latest leaked Android ROM for their smartphones.
Keep in mind that this Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean ROM for Verizon Galaxy S III does not contain the Premium Pack with the Multi-window feature. For more details on how to download and flash this ROM, head over to the original thread.
