In this regard, Microsoft's Office Live Small Business has been enhanced with a variety of new features designed to contribute to permitting users to both market and sell their products online. In this regard, Microsoft Office Live Small Business will permit access to Store Manager an e-commerce solution, as well as E-mail Marketing beta, an offering set up to simplify the delivery of e-mail newsletters and promotions.

"Today having a professional Web site is as essential to running a small business as having business cards," revealed Baris Cetinok, director of product management and marketing for Microsoft Office Live Small Business. "By making it simple and affordable to develop and maintain a Web site, and offering user-friendly sales and marketing features, Office Live Small Business provides a one-stop shop to help small businesses easily take, promote and manage their businesses online."

According to Microsoft, Office Live Small Business is focused dead-on on its target audience. The online service is essentially designed to deliver the right online marketing techniques set up to increase both traffic and sales. "We design our features specifically with the needs of small businesses in mind," Cetinok added. "Our Store Manager e-commerce tool, our e-mail marketing feature, and the updated adManager search marketing tool are user-friendly and low cost, and work together."

But of course that Microsoft Office Live Small Business is about much more than just the E-mail Marketing beta and Store Manager. The Redmond company is also offering free custom domain name and business e-mail, advanced Web design capabilities, synchronization with Microsoft Office Outlook, Contact Manager, adManager and much more. And last but not least, Microsoft Office Live Small Business has grown past Internet Explorer and also supports Firefox 2.0 and implicitly the Mac OS X platform.
