This one was set in 2010 and the record title went to Vivian Wheeler. Wheeler lives in Bakersfield, California and her beard is 11 inches (28 cm) long.
Digital Journal wrote in 2010 that she stopped shaving her beard in 1990, when her mother died.
She suffers from hypertrichosis, known as werewolf syndrome. Her children and her mother were affected by the condition.
Wheeler was also born with both fame and female reproductive organs. Even after the removal of male parts, her hormones allow her to grow a beard.
She spent her youth appearing in sideshows. After she had a son, he was taken by his father and she first got to reconnect with him a few years ago.
