Greenwood Games are happy to present their new VR horror game that will give players the chance to experience that particular feeling one gets while being alone in a dark house. The project “Alone” is currently on Kickstarter, having as pledged goal the sum of $ 25,000 / € 18,252 until November 16.

This horror VR will bring players something new, the concept of “game within a game,” blurring the boundaries between what is real and fiction. It is all thanks to the Oculus Rift 3D goggles.

The player will find himself upon starting the game, sitting on a couch in a living room and a TV screen with “The Witching Hour” game. Slowly, you will be able to notice that the horror world is merging with your own (the highly immersive VR world) and things start to become frightening.

The developers have opted for a single-player option to make things even scarier and to obtain a more powerful level of immersion.

At the moment, “Alone” runs about 10 minutes but the developing team is thinking of expanding and going up to 30-45 minutes, something similar to a TV show episode.

They have received a lot of good feedback and believe that future users will certainly enjoy it.
