14 DAY TRIAL // Nadya Suleman’s story is getting more entangled with each passing day. After doing several interviews to defend her choice of having octuplets, although she was barely able to provide for her other six children at home, the OctoMom became the target of one of the harshest media and public backlashes ever recorded. The possible father of the octuplets is also speaking out now – and his words will undoubtedly pour more fuel on the fire.
Denis Beaudoin used to date Nadya before she had so many babies. The two had been together for three years, a story the woman’s own mother also backs up, but allegedly broke up when he wanted to marry her. Now, Beaudoin is saying in a GMA exclusive interview that he might be the father of the eight kids, as Suleman urged him to “donate,” saying she had ovarian cancer and time was running out for her.
According to the man, who only believes he might be the real father – for which reason he has already asked for DNA testing to determine that – Suleman tricked him to see her dream come true. However, he shares, the Nadya of today is not the Nadya he knew a while back, because, as he puts it, that woman only wanted “one baby” and was not so “desperate” as this one is.
Barely able to contain his tears, Beaudoin tells GMA that he already has a son to whom he is virtually a stranger because of a custody battle gone wrong, and that he would literally die had other children have to go through the same horrible experience. With all that, he vouches he will help out Nadya even if the DNA test shows that he is not the real father. “Because she needs the help,” he explains, adding that these days it’s hard to raise two children at the same time, let alone 14.
Nadya Suleman’s name has recently ended up in the tabloid media after word got out that she was considering purchasing a $1.2 million house, while her mother’s home was up for foreclosure because of 10 months’ worth of unpaid taxes. In the meantime, it has transpired that chances are that Suleman was at the house only to be interviewed, but nothing has been confirmed so far.
