Visiting a school as part of his ConnectED initiative, President Obama took out his iPad and turned it on the attending press, interviewed a teacher like a pro, and even joked about his secret services guy.

In the video embedded below for your viewing pleasure, a very jovial Barack Obama can be seen joking with everyone present at the media gathering.

He flattered a teacher suggesting she looked young enough to be mistaken for a high-school student while he interviewed her. Obama then turned his iPad on the press and joked about his bodyguard never smiling. Hilarious stuff, all in the short clip below.

Yesterday, President Obama announced Apple's contribution of $100 million / €74 million in the ConnectED initiative. Similar donations were made by AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and Microsoft, which Obama also mentioned.

The White House said in a release announcing the contributions, “In an unprecedented commitment for the company, Apple has pledged $100 million in iPads, MacBooks, and other products along with content and professional development to enrich learning in disadvantaged schools.”
