The statement comes after news of Saudi Arabia warning the US of Tsarnaev last year

President Obama has held a press conference expressing his support for the FBI amid rumors of repeated fails in the Boston bomber investigation.

As I told you, the Bureau had spoken to Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his family before, following a warning from the Russian government.

They monitored his activities, friends and what he was reading, but they concluded that he is not capable of a terrorist attack.

Breitbert informs that president Obama has also spoken out to defend efforts by the Department of Homeland Security on the Boston matter.

“Based on what I’ve seen so far, the FBI performed its duties. Department of Homeland Security did what it was supposed to be doing,” he said.

However, news has just broken that Homeland Security officials have also received a warning from the Saudi Arabian government who refused to grant Tsarnaev a visa in 2012.

They specifically noted that he would set up a major attack in the near future.
