OUYA has made available another firmware package developed for its game console, namely version 1.0.519, which adds, besides some fixes, a few interesting new features.

Through this update, the console will notify you when a game finishes downloading or installing and automatically moves the game to the back of the row in DISCOVER. However, you are also able to manually push a game to the back of a row by pressing the right thumbstick.

In addition to that, OUYA highlights that one of its interns has added a secret “Easter Eggs” menu somewhere within the console, and challenges you to find it – so good luck if you’re a curious kind of person.

As for fixes, the issue with the system update that would sometimes cancel the download without informing the user is resolved, and the high bandwidth usage causing performance loss and crashes while navigating menus is now fixed.

Moreover, the new firmware removes the problems that sometimes caused the console to overheat, resolves the crashes that occurred after browsing DISCOVER for a long time, and adds Pound and Euro currency support.

Now that you have taken into account all the important aspects, follow the link below, download the package, and update your OUYA’s firmware version.
