It doesn’t look like Apple will be launching its rumored iPad Pro anytime this year, but analysts believe that the 13-inch tablet will make an appearance in 2015.
Whether or not the product is even in the works at Apple, few still believe the company will pre-install the tablet with a hybrid OS combining iOS and OS X traits. That’s mainly because the company itself shot down this rumor in a series of recent interviews.
But that doesn’t mean such plans won’t emerge when the time is right. Better yet, why not put a full-fledged OS X Mavericks on the iPad Pro and call it a universal computer that connects to wireless peripherals and offers a full desktop experience?
That’s what SET Solution had in mind when they created this concept video. And it looks very doable if you ask me.
