The latest OS X update addresses issues with Contacts printing

Apple has disclosed yet another “secret” bug fix included in the latest Mountain Lion update, this time involving issues with Contacts printing. If you’re having problems in this department, install OS X 10.8.3, says Apple.

This isn’t exactly the most widely reported issue on Apple’s Support site but, in case you’ve been trying to print out pages from your Contacts app without success, you may be required to install the latest version of OS X.

It goes like this: “If you print your contacts in list view from the Contacts app, the list may print in a random order. Contacts may print without attached photos after checking the option to print with an attached photo.”

These symptoms are a direct indication that your Mac OS version suffers from a known bug which OS X 10.8.3 apparently fixes. Apple doesn’t disclose this patch in the official OS X 10.8.3 release notes.
