The smartphone has been officially introduced in India in late January

Oppo N1 was the first smartphone officially introduced in India by the Chinese handset maker in late January. The company has not disclosed when exactly the smartphone will go on sale, but has confirmed that it will be available for Rs 39,990 ($635 / €470) outright.

However, GadgetsToUse reports that the high-end smartphone is now available for purchase at H.K MOBILE in Prime Mall, West Mumbai for only Rs 37,990 ($610 / €445) off contract.

Moreover, customers who purchase the Oppo N1 will also receive an O-Click remote for free, which can be used to check out the notifications and pictures on the N1. In addition, customers will also receive a free cover with each Oppo N1 purchase.

The Oppo N1 ships with Color OS onboard, which is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It also packs a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor inside, along with an Adreno 320 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.
