OPPO, a Californian A/V manufacturer, has recently released a new beta firmware for their BDP-103 and BDP-105 Blu-ray disc players

Version BDP10X-50-0323B is a public beta so, if you're encountering any issues with the new features this update brings, OPPO's advice is to report them on their support page.

The full release notes can be found by clicking the link below. It's quite a lecture as the 106 MB update brings numerous improvements and additions.

Compared to the previous version, the new beta's major changes include added support for Direct Stream Digital (DSD) file playback from local storage, a new feature that allows the creation of playlists while accessing music files from local USB storage and support for the ExFAT file system. This release also resolves a recently reported FLAC file playback failure issue.

Download the firmware from the link below. Along with the changelog, you will find some instructions on the installation procedure.
