One of the most popular maps in Call of Duty: Black Ops – Nuketown – will return in the upcoming Black Ops II but it will only be available to those who pre-order the game, at least according to various signs in retail stores.
Call of Duty: Black Ops impressed through its top-notch multiplayer map design and by far, one of the most intriguing levels was Nuketown, which took place in an American suburb that was actually a nuclear test site and, at the end of each game, the nuke went off.
Now, it seems that the map will be reimagined for Black Ops II
in the form of Nuketown 2025.
Sadly, it’s going to be available as a pre-order bonus, at least according to various signs spotted in retail stores from the UK and Ireland.
Activision has declined to comment about the pre-order bonuses for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, so expect to hear more sooner or later.
