The singer and actress Hilary Duff is usually a very pretty little girl and I say that without taking into consideration the fact that many (haters, I presume) say about her that she has very long and ugly teeth and even an equine face.

Personally, I can't say that I agree: I don't find her as repelling as they say and neither as attractive as others claim. She is pretty, she is talented and she does have a lot of things going on for her. But posing for such a creepy photoshoot is not quite her thing.

Duff, recently separated from rocker boyfriend Joel Madden, graces the cover and the pages of 'Lush Magazine' but maybe the final outcome was not exactly what the photographer (or Hilary for that matter) would have wanted her.

The concept behind these photos is not yet known, so we can only talk about the obvious: like all the girls in the world, Hil also likes to play dress-up. But, unlike the rest of us, she gets to do it in style and with a camera ready to catch her every move.

While this fascination for the '50s-'60s is very understandable, Duff doesn't quite fit the profile of the woman from that period. Plus, the images are way too dark to make her look good and the entire world knows that she is a much brighter and positive person that the one that appears here.

While the pics are not truly, truly awful, one would expect more from a celebrity as big as her in a magazine as circulated as 'Lush'. Now, I shall leave you with more Hilary, so that you can judge for yourselves.
