The cat-and-mouse game between Barnes & Noble and Android developers continues, with the latter just uncovering a method to get Android Market working once again on the Nook Tablet.

This hack relies on a new rooting tool that allows Nook Tablet owners to gain superuser access by utilizing a special microSD card.

The whole process is a bit complicated, but if you are familiar with partitioning SD cards, using ADB, Linux and ClockworkMod, you shouldn’t encounter any major problems.

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can go ahead and take a look at this thread on the XDA Developers forum, where the guys behind the hack have put together a quick tutorial explaining the whole process, as well as links pointing to the required files and tools.
