The Nolab Digital Super 8 Cartridge comes packed with a tiny 5-megapixel image sensor that, when combined with a custom glass objective lens, it allows the sensor to focus on a ground glass image plane pressed against the camera's film gate.
At the same time, the integrated image sensor is able to apply various color correction filters and encode the captured footage in real time and transfer it to a removable SD card for easy storage.
