Nokia’s Windows Phones are set to arrive in a wide range of new markets this year, packing various new features and capabilities, including over 20 games from EA.

When unveiling its Windows Phones for the US market, Nokia announced that there would be exclusive content loaded on them, such as the aforementioned games.

“A partnership with EA to bring over 20 of the world's most popular games to the Windows Phone marketplace, coming first to Nokia Lumia devices,” the company announced.

Apparently, the mobile phone maker plans on bringing 27 EA games to its Lumia Windows Phones, at least this is what MonWindowsPhone has found.

Some of the games on this list would include: Mirror’s Edge, Real Racing 2, Tiger Woods PGA Tour, The Sims Medieval, Monopoly Here & Now: The World Edition, Spy Mouse, Yahtzee, The Game of Life, Vampire Rush – The Adventures of Captain Greg, or Parking Mania.

Other titles are Picnic Wars, FIFA 12, Madden 12, NBA Jam, Dead Space, Bejeweled 2, Connect 4, Risk, Trivial Pursuit, and Bop It!

For the time being, Nokia has not unveiled specific info on the length of the exclusivity period Lumia devices have on these games. However, owners of Windows Phone devices from other manufacturers can hope that it won’t be a long one.

The games will be available for the newly unveiled Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone that will land on AT&T’s LTE network in the coming months. Lumia 800 and Lumia 710 users would also benefit from access to these titles, the Finnish handset vendor announced.

This is only one example of exclusive content that Nokia has secured for its Windows Phone devices. The company plans to conquer the US smartphone market with these devices, and is keen on differentiating them from similar offerings. Thus, the availability of exclusive apps and games for Lumia owners is certainly a great start.
