Nokia XpressMusic 5310 is the latest official addition to T-Mobile USA's line-up of handsets, as the carrier presented yesterday the music-oriented phone, during an event held in New York.

The XpressMusic 5310 will be available for purchase starting the 28th of May, for $50 with a two-year contract agreement, in three color versions: red-black, purple-black and orange-black. Most probably, users will be able to buy the phone both online, from T-Mo's official website, as well as from its retail stores across the US.

Probably the thinnest music phone on the market, the XpressMusic 5310 measures 4.08 x 1.75 x 0.39 inches (103.8 x 44.7 x 9.9 millimeters) and weighs only 2.50 ounces (71 grams). Despite this, Nokia managed to include some nice features into the device. We have high-quality sound, Music player with support for MP3, MP4, WMA, AAC and eAAc, a 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, a 240 x 320 pixel TFT display with 16 million colors, Opera Mini browser, email and Instant Messaging, a 2 Megapixel camera with video recording, microUSB, 30MB of internal memory and a 2GB card are also included in the package. The handset comes with an 860 mAh battery that, theoretically, should provide up to 5.3 hours of talk-time and up to 300 hours of stand-by time.

Besides the 5310 model, T-Mobile will be bringing, in the next months, another XpressMusic handset, namely the 5610. This one is a bit more advanced than the 5310, hence T-Mobile's subscribers will have the chance to learn even more of Nokia's way of making music phones.
