Nokia Nearby App Gets Updated

Nokia has just made available for download a new version of the Nokia Nearby application that it released for its Symbian and S40 users not too long ago.

The new flavor of the application was pushed to the Nokia Store with a series of improvements when compared to the previous app releases, as well as with new features.

Users will benefit from a “View on map” for points of interest in the new app iteration, and will also find the ‘Feedback’ option from within the app.

At the same time, Nokia made a series of improvements to the application’s interface, which should result in better usability for all users.

The app was meant for handsets that don't support Maps or don't have GPS, but it will work on most S60 and Symbian phones. It can be downloaded from Softpedia via this link.
