Nokia finally made available the latest firmware version for N95, namely 21.0.016, which comes with many improvements that will surely make all N95 owners even prouder of their phones.

The new N95 firmware version comes with Flash Lite 3 support, allowing you to watch Flash videos as the ones found on YouTube. So, yes, from now on YouTube clips can be viewed from any N95 directly from the web browser, which is a more than welcomed feature. Another important enhancement includes Widget (Web runtime) support, to let you easily customize the phone's Internet content.

Further improvements include better general stability of the phone's software, a longer stand-by time, a better browsing experience, enhanced navigation, improved Bluetooth interoperability, Windows Media Player support, SIM enhancements, Java enhancements and many others.

To update your N95's firmware version to 21.0.016, just get the Nokia Software Updater (if you don't have it already) from Nokia's website, found at this address. Also, make sure you have a full-charged battery and the profile set on "General", for the update to be completed without any troubles.

The new firmware version is only available for Europe and Asia Pacific at the moment, hence North American users will have to wait a bit longer until they can enhance their N95 phones.

Anyway, since the N95 is now in the process of becoming a better handset, we should also wait for a firmware upgrade for its bigger and smarter brother, N95 8GB. Although I can't really see what major improvements can be brought to the Nseries flagship, as it's an almost perfect handset.

Below you have a YouTube video that shows, well, another YouTube video played on Nokia N95, thanks to the 21.0.016 firmware. It all looks quite good, so hurry up to get the new firmware version. Enjoy the video!
