Nokia Messaging for Social Networks Beta, the mobile client available for handsets from Nokia, has just received a minor update, which makes it available for more devices, including the Nokia E63, Nokia E71, and Nokia E72. The mobile application is available for download for all those interested in enjoying a client that offers access to multiple social networking sites at the same time, something that other applications might not offer.

“We invite you to download and test-drive Nokia Messaging for Social Networks Beta, now available for Nokia E63, Nokia E71, and Nokia E72. We also invite you to visit http://messaging.nokia.com to see what’s available for your device from Nokia Messaging,” a recent post on the Nokia Beta Labs Blog notes.

There are a wide range of features available for those who will install the Nokia Messaging for Social Networks Beta on their handsets, including support for video uploads, as well as for multiple picture uploads, the possibility to save Facebook invites to phone calendar, or access to events and calendar. Support for full profile is included in the software solution too.

The features list of Nokia Messaging for Social Networks Beta also includes: - Contextual homescreen widget – jump directly to your Facebook and Twitter posts and tweets to comment. - Live Facebook and Twitter updates pushed to your phone homescreen - Update your status on Twitter - View / reply to your Tweets - Communication choices – multiple ways to interact with your friends and social network circles straight from the client (e.g. post a comment, call, SMS, or email) - Share your current location and your points of interest in a post or in a message leveraging device GPS location and Ovi Maps (e.g. view friends’ location, add your location)

The software solution has been released from the Nokia Beta Labs with support for a series of Symbian S60 5th Edition mobile phones, including Nokia N97, N97 Mini, 5230 XpressMusic, 5530 XpressMusic, 5800 XpressMusic, and Nokia X6, as well as for the S40-based Nokia 6700 Classic. The new release adds three new handsets to the list, the Nokia E63, Nokia E71, and Nokia E72, with others more to follow.
