With less than a week left until Nokia Lumia 630 is expected to hit shelves, Microsoft fans are probably still thinking if they want to purchase the first smartphone to come with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system out of the box or wait for the better-featured Lumia 930.

Nokia has announced that the Lumia 930 will be available for purchase beginning June, though the smartphone will be officially introduced in some countries this month.

However, this doesn’t mean that it will go on sale immediately, so there may be some truth in what the Finnish company stated about a month ago.

According to Nokia, the Lumia 930 should be priced at around $600 (€435) outright and customers will be able to choose from various color options, including bright orange, bright green, black and white.

Until the smartphone goes on sale, the folks over at WMPoweruser have been tipped on a series of photos showing the insides of the Lumia 930.

We reported yesterday on similar pictures that leaked from China and showed the other Windows Phone 8.1 launching next week, the Lumia 630.

It looks like the source of the previous leak also had access to the Lumia 930, which is why we can now see what’s underneath that beautiful chassis.

In fact, let’s see what the Nokia Lumia 930 lacks from the motherboard. Well, the first thing that comes to mind is the lack of microSD card slot, which was confirmed by the Finnish company last month.

From the pictures leaked, we can also notice that the battery powering the smartphone is rather small, but its capacity that should matter after all, not the size.

According to the official announcement, Nokia Lumia 930 drains energy from a 2420 mAh battery, which is rated for up to 430 hours of standby mode or up to 11.5 hours (15.5 hours in 3G mode).

Apart from that, we have also noticed the L-shaped motherboard, which looks pretty much like the one embedded into Lumia 630 but with slightly more pieces of hardware attached to it.

For those unfamiliar with Nokia Lumia 930’s specs sheet, here is a quick recap. The smartphone will be equipped with a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

The phone also boasts a stunning 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating. An impressive 20-megapixel rear-facing camera with Carl Zeiss lens, dual-LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording is included as well.
