Following its appearance at retailers and carriers in various European markets, Nokia Lumia 630, the flagship Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone from Microsoft, is expected to arrive on shelves in India too in the near future.

No specific info on when that might happen has been provided as of now, but Flipkart has already added the phone to its website, with a coming soon tag attached to it, which suggests that all could go down shortly.

Unfortunately, the online retailer does not offer specific details on when the Nokia Lumia 930 might become available for purchase or on the price tag that it should feature when that happens.

However, the company does provide users who are interested in the phone with the possibility to register for updates on its arrival. All they need to do is to sign up with their email.

Considering the fact that Nokia Lumia 930 is about to become available in over a dozen markets by mid-July, we assume that Microsoft will make it official in India too in the near future.

This is one of the markets where Windows Phone handsets are highly appreciated, especially Nokia’s devices. The most popular of them are those in the entry-level segment, as they can offer appealing performance at low price tags.

When released in India, Lumia 930 will certainly not be cheap, yet this does not mean that the phone will not see traction on this market, as there are many who are willing to pay more for a high-end handset.

Nokia Lumia 930 was made official with a 5-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a full HD resolution, while being powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor.

Moreover, the mobile phone was launched with 2GB of RAM, as well as with 32GB of internal memory, which is accompanied by free OneDrive storage (but no microSD memory card slot).

On the back, the Nokia Lumia 930 sports a 20-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, Zeiss lens, and full HD video recording. A front camera for making video calls was also included on the device.

Connectivity-wise, the phone features 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC, as well as built-in GPS receiver for navigation purposes. Moreover, the mobile phone was made official with the usual set of sensors loaded on top.

At the same time, Nokia Lumia 930 will arrive on shelves in India with all the features included in Windows Phone 8.1, as well as with a series of pre-loaded applications, such as Adidas miCoach, Vimeo, Instagram Beta, Nokia Beamer, Vine, and more.
