Good news for Windows Phone fans waiting for the new smartphones announced by Nokia to arrive in the United States, as Verizon is rumored to launch the Lumia 929 next week. We already know that AT&T is going to offer the Lumia 1520 beginning November 22, along with the Lumia 2520 tablet.

However, Verizon was mum on the release of Lumia 929, so aside from the fact that Verizon has the registration page up for Lumia 2520, we know little on the carrier's plans for Windows Phone platform.

Still, NokiaPowerUser reports it has received a tip from some claiming to be a Verizon insider, which suggests the Big Red will be releasing the unannounced Nokia Lumia 929 on November 21.

If this rumor proves accurate, it means Verizon will be able to launch the Lumia 929 and Lumia 2520 one day earlier then AT&T, which will be offering the tablet and the Lumia 1520 smartphone on November 22.

The same source claims Verizon will offer a special deal to customers who purchase the Lumia 929, as they will be able to grab the Lumia 2520 tablet for only $200 (€150).

Given that both Windows Phone devices will be launched so close to Black Friday, the Big Red will run some promotions on these Windows Phone tablets and smartphones.

Rumor has it Nokia Lumia 929 will be available for only $200 (€150) on two-year agreements just on Black Friday, while Lumia 2520 will be priced for a short while at only $400 (€295).

Previous rumors pointed the launch of Nokia Lumia 929 at Verizon for the last two weeks of November, so a November 21 release date for the Windows Phone device seems possible.

We will probably know more in the coming days, as Verizon is expected to put the registration page up for the Lumia 929 as well. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
