14 DAY TRIAL // Today, Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia finally took the wraps off its Lumia 928 smartphone for Verizon Wireless, following a long series of rumors and teaser videos published online.
The new device is set to arrive on shelves at Verizon in Black and White flavors on May 16 with a price tag of $99.99 (77 Euro) attached to it, after $50 mail-in rebate, with a new two-year customer agreement.
The handset will be launched with global connectivity packed inside, and will be made available both through Verizon’s web store and via its retail locations in the United States.
Furthermore, Nokia announced that the smartphone would be available with a special, limited-time promotion that will provide users with $25 credit for Windows Phone apps and games with the purchase of the phone.
The Nokia Lumia 928 arrives on the market with a 4.5-inch OLED display capable of delivering a 1280 x 768 pixels resolution, as well as with a PureView 8.7-megapixel photo snapper on the back, capable of full HD video recording capabilities. It also sports LTE connectivity inside.

Lumia 928 arrives at Verizon with the Windows Phone 8 operating system loaded on top, as well as with a series of applications exclusive to Nokia’s devices, including HERE Maps, HERE Drive+, HERE Transit, and HERE City Lens.
