Made official last month, the Nokia Lumia 925 smartphone appears set to start shipping to users before the end of this week, at least in Germany for Vodafone customers.

The handset, currently listed on pre-order on this page on the wireless carrier’s website, is said to start shipping to users within the next two days, which should make enthusiasts happy, as WPCentral notes.

The smartphone arrives on shelves with the same hardware capabilities as Lumia 920, though it sports an enhanced camera with 6 lenses instead of 5, while also featuring improved camera software.

The phone is also thinner than the flagship smartphone, and sports an aluminum frame wrapped around its polycarbonate body. Lumia 925 sports a 4.5-inch screen, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor inside, 1GB of RAM, an 8.7MP photo snapper on the back, front camera for video calling, and Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 OS on top.
