Canadian mobile phone users can now grab the Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone through wireless carrier Rogers, following the initial limited availability of the device at the end of last month for some of those who had pre-ordered it.

Today, those who will head over to the operator’s website will see the mobile phone listed as available for purchase with a price tag of $99.99 attached to it, with the signing of a three-year contract agreement.

However, those who would like to grab the smartphone alone will be able to do so on monthly plans at only $549.99, the wireless carrier notes.

Starting with last week, Nokia Lumia 920 has been arriving in more and more countries around the world, including the United States, where it is available for purchase on AT&T’s network.

At Rogers, the device comes with the same features and capabilities as the international version, while also offering support for the carrier’s 4G LTE network.

The smartphone was unveiled back in September as Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone 8 device, and arrives on shelves with a large 4.5-inch touchscreen display, as well as with a fast 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor inside.

“Nokia Lumia 920 offers the user friendly experience of Windows Phone 8 with powerful hardware such as a 4.5" PureMotion HD+ screen, 8MP PureView camera, and LTE connectivity. Nokia Lumia 920 also helps you find your way with a robust suite of navigation apps,” Rogers notes.

The 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back of this phone is one of the best in the world, Nokia has been touting since September, being capable not only of full HD video recording, but also of great photos in low-light conditions.

The handset also comes with 32GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, built-in GPS receiver, NFC, wireless charging, and the entire range of sensors available with today’s high-end devices.
