As expected, the Lumia 920 has just arrived at Vodafone UK. The carrier announced a few weeks ago that it would offer the smartphone beginning early 2013 and the device is available from two online retailers.

The folks at NokiaPowerUser report Vodafone UK customers can purchase the Lumia 920 from MobilePhonesDirect and Digital-Phone retailers.

Both authorized resellers offer the Nokia Lumia 920 in black and white for free on Vodafone UK’s monthly plans.

The red version of the smartphone is expected to arrive in stock in about 10 days, so those who don’t feel comfortable grabbing a white or black Lumia 920 will have to wait a bit longer.

Nokia Lumia 920 was exclusive to EE (Everything Everywhere) carrier in the UK, but the exclusivity period ended this month and all UK-based operators are free to add the smartphone to their portfolio.

The best-featured Windows Phone 8 handset available on the market, Nokia Lumia 920 comes equipped with a powerful 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, an Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM.

Another selling point of Nokia’s flagship smartphone is the stunning 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ ClearBlack capacitive touchscreen display that supports 768 x 1280 pixels resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.

The device packs 32GB of storage, but not microSD card slot for memory expansion. However, users will also get an additional 7GB of free cloud storage via SkyDrive.

On the back, the Lumia 920 boasts an enhanced 8-megapixel photo snapper with Carl Zeiss optics and PureView technology.

The phone’s main camera features dual-LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording. There’s also a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.

Nokia Lumia 920 offers LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.1 and DLNA connectivity, along with Dolby Headphone sound enhancement, built-in GPS and 2,000 mAh Li-Ion battery.
