Major carrier Turkcell has just introduced the Nokia Lumia 920 in Turkey. Unfortunately, the smartphone seems to be heavily overpriced, at least when it comes to no-term price.

WMPoweruser reports the carrier now offers the Lumia 920 for no less than 1,649 Turkish lira, which is about $915/€720. However, this seems to be the unlocked version of the smartphone, which partly explains the high price.

The phone is expected to ship today, so those who can afford it will probably receive it in just a few days, depending on the shipping method. Check it out here.

Nokia Lumia 920 comes equipped with a powerful 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, as well as 7GB of free cloud storage via SkyDrive.

It also boasts an impressive 8.7-inch PureView camera with Carl Zeiss lens, dual-LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording.
