Nokia Lumia 900 can deliver impressive user satisfaction, a recent report from Nielsen shows. Apparently, owners of this device are not only in love with it, but they are also happy to recommend it to other people due to its great capabilities.
The independent research company Nielsen has conducted a recent survey in the United States (between April 27, 2012 and May 18, 2012) among owners of a Lumia 900 device
, and found that the vast majority of them are extremely satisfied with it.
Moreover, users also appear to be loyal to the Lumia brand. Lumia 900’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures said loyalty to the device and their likeliness to recommend it to other people, sits at 63, which is said to be excellent.
The aforementioned report from Nielsen also shows that:
- 96 per cent of owners are extremely satisfied or somewhat satisfied with their Lumia 900
- 95 per cent of owners are willing to recommend the Lumia 900
- 83 per cent say that their expectations are better or much better than expected
- 85 per cent say they would repurchase the Lumia 900
According to the survey, over 90 percent of those who bought a Lumia 900
found it to be either as they expected it to be, or better. In fact, 43 percent of respondents said that it was much better than they had expected.
Although there were people who remained fairly unimpressed with the device, almost all of them said that they love the phone’s design and that it is very easy to use.
“A large majority of Lumia 900 owners (83 per cent) have downloaded apps and, of those, 95 per cent thought downloading a game or app from Windows Phone Marketplace was easy to do,” a post on Nokia Conversations reads
The research firm noted that 810 people responded to the survey, and that they spent on average 18 minutes completing an online questionnaire. All of them bought the device in the US within 45 days prior to responding to the survey and were the primary users of the device.
