Nokia Lumia 900, the Windows Phone smartphone that arrived on shelves at AT&T earlier this year, is now available for purchase for only $0.99 with the signing of a contract agreement with the wireless carrier.

The handset has seen various price cuts before, but none of them so steep through the wireless carrier, that’s for sure.

However, with the upcoming availability of Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 on this wireless carrier’s network, it does not come too much as a surprise that the older phone has seen a price cut. AT&T is trying to clear up inventory to make room for the new smartphones.

Those who would like to purchase the Lumia 900 at $0.99 should head over to this page on the carrier’s website. They should keep in mind that the signing of a two-year agreement is mandatory, which would increase the total cost of the deal to a few thousand bucks.
