The smartphone should become available in the country on May 15

As the release date of the first smartphones out there to run under the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system approaches, these devices are made available for pre-order in some more markets out there, and Poland is the last to have received them.

The guys over at WindowsMania.pl have found out that, Nokia Lumia 630, one of the first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphones to have been officially announced last month, is now available for pre-order in Poland.

Moreover, the news site notes that the device has been put up for reservations with dual-SIM capabilities packed inside, and that it might become available for purchase in the local market as soon as May 15.

The handset has been listed on the official Nokia online store in the country, with a price tag of 749.00 Zloty ($249/€178) attached to it.

As WMPoweruser notes, the Nokia Lumia 630 is the first Windows Phone handset to have been announced with dual-SIM capabilities packed inside, this being the main selling point that it will land on shelves with in Poland.

However, while Lumia 630 will hit shelves in the country this month, Windows Phone fans in Poland will not have to wait too long for the release of Nokia Lumia 930, as the phone should arrive there as soon as June.
