Nokia Lumia 630, the first smartphone to arrive on shelves with the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system loaded on top, is now available for purchase in the UK via Carphone Warehouse, after it was officially confirmed for the country only a few days ago.

However, while Microsoft announced at the time that the new mobile phone would be released in the country on May 29, Carphone Warehouse already lists it as in stock now, as WPCentral has found out.

Those of you interested in grabbing the handset via this retailer will find it available on contract, starting at only £9.50 ($16/€11.7) per month. Carphone Warehouse also promises free next-day delivery at home or in store.

“The Nokia Lumia 630 is a great value smartphone. It’s a great entry price to get access to the Nokia Lumia features like free internet radio and maps,” the retailer notes on its website.

On said £9.50 ($16/€11.7) per month plans, the Nokia Lumia 630 is accompanied by 100 any-network minutes, 5000 texts, and 500MB of data.
