The cheapest Windows Phone 8 launched by Nokia, the Lumia 620 is about to make its debut in Canada via TELUS and Koodo Mobile carriers.

According to MobileSyrup, the smartphone might be priced under $300/€220 off contract. Nokia Lumia 620 has previously been rumored to launch at Rogers sometime in early March, but now it looks like more Canadian operators are interested in carrying this handset.

There are no details on the phone’s exact release date at TELUS and Koodo Mobile, but it might coincide with Rogers’ launch, so we should expect the Lumia 620 to arrive in Canada early next month.

Although it’s a less-featured Windows Phone 8 device, the Lumia 620 comes equipped with a decent 1 GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB. More details on the phone’s specs sheet are available here.
