Initially launched in China less than two weeks ago, Nokia Lumia 620 recently made its debut in Thailand as well.

Today, the Finnish company decided it was time for its cheapest Windows Phone 8 to land in Europe. The folks over at Hi-Tech.Mail.ru report that the first European country to get the Lumia 620 is Russia.

The smartphone is now available for purchase via Nokia Store locations for 11,990 rubles outright, which is about $395 or €295. Check it out here.

Again, Russians get a really overpriced device as the phone is available in other countries for less than $300/€225 off-contract.

Nokia Lumia 620 comes equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

It also sports a 3.8-inch ClearBlack display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, a 5-megapixel rear camera and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB).
