At the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia unveiled to the world its cheapest Windows Phone device to date, the Nokia Lumia 610.

The smartphone might arrive on shelves in the United States as well, and has already been spotted at the FCC, with support for AT&T’s network.

Moreover, the Feds made available the user manual for the Lumia 610, which unveils some info on what people could do to take full advantage of the various capabilities of this device.

For example, they could turn it face down to silence an incoming call, a feature that was previously packed in other Nokia devices as well.

Nokia’s Lumia 610 will arrive on shelves with a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen display, 256MB RAM, and 8GB of internal memory. The phone’s user manual can be found on FCC’s website.
