The smartphone is expected to feature a price tag of 999 Yuan

Mobile phone users in China interested in the purchase of a new, affordable Nokia Lumia smartphone will soon be able to grab the Lumia 526 on the network of China Mobile, it seems.

The Windows Phone 8 handset will land on shelves as a variant of the Lumia 525 smartphone that was made official last month, and it should feature TD-SCDMA connectivity inside, WMPoweruser notes.

The handset can already be seen listed on JD.com, with a price tag of 999 Yuan ($165/€120) attached to it.

It will land on the market with a 4-inch IPS LCD WVGA screen, a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor inside, and 1GB of RAM. It is powered by a 1430 mAh battery and features the entire range of connectivity options.

Furthermore, the handset packs 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, and a 5-megapixel camera on the back, with HD video recording capabilities.
