Considering the Lumia 525 comes with 1GB of RAM instead of 512MB like its predecessor, I'd say it's a good investment if you can't wait until the device's price drops even more.
Having 1GB of RAM on a Windows Phone handset is very important as many popular apps and games do no work or are not fully supported on devices with 512MB of RAM.
