Mobile phone users in the United States interested in the purchase of a new, affordable Windows Phone 8 smartphone should head over to Amazon’s website to have a look at the offer it has at the moment on T-Mobile’s Nokia Lumia 521.
The smartphone can be seen listed on the retailer’s website with a price tag of only $54.99 (€40) attached to it, down from the $149.99 (€110) price it normally features.
However, users should know that the phone is back-ordered at the moment, and that Amazon expects it to arrive in stock only on December 26.
The Windows Phone 8 smartphone comes with support for T-Mobile’s 4G network (no LTE, though), and sports the same hardware specifications as the Lumia 520, including a 4-inch WVGA screen, dual-core processor, and a 5MP camera.
Lumia 520, available with support for AT&T’s network in the US, is available at only $39.99 (€29) at the retailer.
