Last week, we brought you news that AT&T has finally announced it was making the Nokia Lumia 2520 slate available.

Now, Microsoft-news reports that Verizon is going to follow the same path and is scheduled to make the announcement on Wednesday. According to their tipster, the Windows RT slate will cost $399.99 / €296 with a two-year contract.

Similar to AT&T, Verizon is also trying to woo customers with an interesting deal. Those willing to purchase the Nokia Lumia 928 (but not the Lumia 1020 or 1520, like we have seen with the other carrier) as well, will be able to get the slate for the discounted price of $199 / €148.

The Verizon Lumia tablet will be available for purchase in Black and Red flavors, as opposed to AT&T which only sells the black version. Neither of the two carriers will offer the cyan model, though.
