Back when it was launched in December, Nokia’s first Windows-based tablet, the Lumia 2520 was received with a healthy wave of excitement.

The device provided good enough specifications, but sadly, it arrived with Windows RT out of the box and not with the full Windows 8.1 experience.

The tablet has been made available for purchase in the US from Verizon and AT&T, but according to new information coming to us via @evleaks, the tablet will make its way to T-Mobile too.

We’re not given any specific launch date, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I should note that this is the first time T-Mobile is jumping into the Windows-based table party, which could be only the beginning.

Anyway, for those of you who need a memory refresh, the tablet arrives with a 10.1-inch 16:9 ratio IPS display that offers 1920 x 1200 resolution.

Power is delivered by a 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor and a hefty but non-removable 8120 mAh battery sits under the hood. The tablet has a 6.7MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and also 4G ha LTE.

The leak shows T-Mobile will be offering the same 200MB of free data / month for as long as you keep your new Lumia 2520 on their network.
